Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to everything bought or booked through it. The site is operated by GOD PHYSIQUE (Matija Radošević) (“GOD PHYSIQUE”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, applying for coaching or buying a programme, you agree to them.
IWhat we offer
1:1 online coaching: an individual training plan, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, weekly check-ins and direct communication with Matija, for the period you choose (3, 6 or 12 months).
The MATIJA ABS BLUEPRINT: a 10-week digital core training programme, delivered in your own area of this site.
IIApplying for coaching
An application is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. Coaching starts only once your application is accepted and the agreed option is paid.
We may decline an application without giving a reason.
IIIYour account
Clients sign in with their email and a personal access code. Keep your code private; anyone with it and your email can open your area. If you lose it or think someone else has it, contact us and we will issue a new one — the old code then stops working.
Access to the Blueprint is personal and may not be shared, resold or published.
IVHealth and safety
Training and nutrition carry risk. The programmes are general fitness coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have any medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
Tell us about injuries and limitations in your application and keep us informed. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using proper technique, suitable equipment and a safe environment.
Results depend on the individual, their consistency and many factors outside our control. No specific result is promised.
VPrices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payments are processed by the checkout provider named on the payment page; we never see or store your card details.
VIRefunds
All purchases are final. 1:1 coaching and the MATIJA ABS BLUEPRINT are not refundable.
VIIIntellectual property
All programmes, texts, photographs, videos and the GOD PHYSIQUE name and mark belong to GOD PHYSIQUE. You may use them for your own training only.
VIIILiability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from following the programmes, except where caused by our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
IXChanges
We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you buy applies to that purchase.
