This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The controller is GOD PHYSIQUE (Matija Radošević).
IWhat we collect
Application: your name, email, Instagram handle, age, country, goals, training history, lifestyle, equipment, training days and any injuries or limitations you choose to tell us.
Client area: your name, email and a scrambled form of your access code; the plan written for you; the sets, reps and weights you log; your weekly check-ins (body weight, sleep, energy, adherence and notes); and your messages with Matija.
Contact form: your name, email and message.
Calorie calculator: if you ask for your numbers by email, your email and the figures you entered. Matija may write to you about coaching; ask and you are removed.
Purchases: the payment provider collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the email it was made with.
Security: the network address of a request, kept briefly to stop repeated wrong sign-ins and form flooding.
IIHealth information
Body weight, injuries and similar details are health information. We collect them only because coaching needs them and only with your consent, which you give by sending them. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete them; coaching may then no longer be possible in full.
IIIWhy we use it
To assess your application, deliver the coaching or programme you bought, answer your messages, keep your account secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
IVWho processes it for us
Kridona builds and runs this site; it is hosted on Cloudflare's network, with the database stored by Cloudflare. The payment provider shown at checkout processes payments. Each acts on our instructions only.
VWhere it is kept
Data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU, by the providers above under their standard data protection terms.
VIHow long
We keep your data while it is needed for the coaching or programme you signed up for and for what the law requires (for example, invoices). You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
VIIYour rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used, through the contact form on this site. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
VIIICookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your sign-in on your own device so you stay signed in; signing out removes it.
